Welcome to PAMG. These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and PAMG Technology Company Limited ("PAMG", "we", "us") and govern your use of PAMG's mobile applications, websites and related services (the "Services"), including all of our apps on the Apple App Store, Google Play Store and Huawei AppGallery. Please read them carefully. By downloading, accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
Section 1Acceptance of terms
By using the Services you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated here by reference. If we revise these Terms, the changes take effect once posted in the app or on our website; your continued use means you accept the updated Terms. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you agree to these Terms for that organization and confirm you have the authority to bind it.
Section 2Age and eligibility
You must be able to form a legally binding contract to use the Services. If you are under 18, you may only use the Services with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf. You may not use the Services if you are barred from doing so under applicable law.
Section 3Your account
Some features require an account, which you may create directly or through a third-party service such as Apple or Google. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your login credentials secure, and are responsible for all activity under your account. Please notify us immediately at [email protected] of any unauthorized use. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
Section 4Subscriptions and free trials
Some of our apps offer optional premium features on an auto-renewing subscription basis (for example weekly, monthly or yearly). Payment is charged to your Apple ID, Google Play or Huawei account at confirmation of purchase and is processed by the platform owner, not by PAMG.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the same price and period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Some subscriptions start with a free trial. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends (Apple) or before the trial period ends (Google Play / Huawei) to avoid being charged.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time in your App Store, Google Play or Huawei account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Refunds are handled by the store you purchased from, under that store's policies.
Section 5Acceptable use and prohibited content
You are responsible for everything you post. You agree not to use the Services to create, upload, submit, post, share or link to any content that:
- is illegal, or promotes or facilitates illegal activity;
- infringes any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret or other intellectual-property or proprietary right — including uploading maps, add-ons, textures, skins, images or other materials you did not create or do not have permission to distribute;
- is hateful or promotes discrimination, bigotry, racism, harassment or violence against any individual or group (hate speech);
- is threatening, abusive, defamatory, or invades another person's privacy;
- is pornographic, sexually explicit, obscene, or harmful to minors;
- is excessively or gratuitously violent;
- contains viruses, malware, or any code designed to harm, disrupt or gain unauthorized access to devices, data or the Services;
- is false, misleading, deceptive, spam, or a scam;
- impersonates any person or entity or misrepresents your affiliation;
- discloses another person's private or personal information without their permission.
You also agree not to:
- reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble any software used to provide the Services;
- probe, scan or test the vulnerability of any PAMG system, or breach any security or authentication measures;
- interfere with, overload or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or other users' accounts;
- access, search or download content from the Services using robots, spiders, scrapers or other automated means other than our publicly supported interfaces;
- send altered, deceptive or false source-identifying information, including "spoofing" or "phishing";
- encourage or enable anyone else to do any of the above.
We are not obligated to monitor the Services, but we may do so to operate them, enforce these Terms and comply with the law. We may investigate violations and cooperate with law-enforcement authorities. We may remove any content and suspend or ban any account that violates these rules, at our discretion and without prior notice.
Section 6User content and license
You keep ownership of the maps, add-ons, skins, images, text and other materials you submit ("Content"). You are solely responsible for your Content and confirm you have all rights necessary to share it.
By submitting or posting such Content, you grant PAMG and its successors a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, sub-licensable and transferable license to use, copy, distribute, transmit, modify, prepare derivative works of, publicly display, and publicly perform such Content on, through or in connection with the Services in any media formats and through any media channels, including without limitation, for commercially promoting the Services.
Submitted Content is reviewed before it is published, and we may approve, reject, edit or remove any Content at our discretion.
Section 7Copyright policy (DMCA notice and takedown)
We respect intellectual-property rights and expect our users to do the same. We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with applicable law, including the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
If you are a copyright owner, or authorized to act on behalf of one, and believe that content on the Services infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to [email protected] that includes:
- your physical or electronic signature;
- identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed;
- identification of the material you claim is infringing and enough detail to locate it on the Services (for example, the item name or link);
- your name, address, telephone number and email address;
- a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
- a statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
Upon receiving a valid notice, we will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content and, where appropriate, notify the user who posted it. We will terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
Section 8Intellectual property
The Services, including their design, software, logos and trademarks (excluding user Content), belong to PAMG or its licensors and are protected by the copyright, trademark and other laws of Vietnam, Singapore, the United States and other countries. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You agree not to remove, alter or obscure any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notices in the Services.
Our apps are independent tools and are not official products of, or approved by or associated with, the owners of the games they support (for example, Mojang or Microsoft). All third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Section 9Third-party content
The Services may host content submitted by other users and links to third-party sites or apps. We do not endorse and are not responsible for third-party content, and your use of it may be subject to separate terms.
Section 10Disclaimer
The Services and all Content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will meet your requirements, be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that any Content is accurate or safe to install.
Section 11Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PAMG is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including lost profits, loss of data or goodwill, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed USD 50. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
Section 12Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PAMG and its officers, directors, employees and agents from any claims, damages, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Services, your Content, or your violation of these Terms or the rights of others.
Section 13Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may, at our sole discretion and without notice, remove or disable any Content, and suspend, restrict or permanently ban your account and access to the Services, if you violate these Terms (including the Acceptable Use and Prohibited Content rules), infringe the rights of others, are a repeat infringer, or for any other reason. On termination, your right to use the Services ends; provisions that by their nature should survive — including the content license you granted, disclaimers, limitations of liability and indemnity — will survive.
Section 14Changes to the services and terms
We may add, change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Services at any time. We may also update these Terms; the latest version will always be available in the app and at pamg.io.
Section 15Privacy
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use and protect your information. Please note that any personal information you include in content you post is public and visible to others (see the Privacy Policy).
Section 16Governing law
These Terms and any dispute related to them are governed by the laws of Vietnam and Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, except where the mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence provide otherwise.
Section 17General
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and PAMG regarding the Services and replace any prior agreements. If any provision is found unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the remaining provisions stay in full effect. You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent; we may assign them freely. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of that right. We may give you notices by email, in the app, or by posting them on our website.
